    copy information to pc
    then copy to your internal memory

    Are you trying to copy files from your microSD card to the phone's internal memory, or from the phone's memory to the card? You may not be able to do either; however, with free 3rd party software (Motorola Software Update and P2KCommander) you may be able to accomplish what you're trying to do.
