Hello, I have a 7 yr. old Nokia and want to upgrade to a Motorola (OR ?) that has better signal and reception if possible.

Believe it or not, my old Nokia has the same battery it came with and still charges and works flawless. The phone still looks perfect and works perfectly but signal and reception is much less in most places than my sons M-Krazr k1m.

I just tried a new Motorola (ACCOLADE ?) and it did not pick up or get out any better than my Nokia.

My son has US cellular and I have Verizon so I can not use a phone like his I understand because of my carrier server ??

Has there been any "solid" testing or reviews on a newer clam shell flip top phone recently when it comes to reception ?

I don't need text, internet, or much else except good reception.

I have searched all over the internet with no luck so far.

Reception is the most important thing to me.
