Turned on phone and it is bootloader mode.

I have a razr 3vxx

I am using ATT

When I turned on the phone I got the message

03.08 SW version
r26111mld-as_u
_96.b0.0fr

battery ok
ok to program
connect
usb data cable

I got an external battery charge to charge up the battery and replaced it.

I am still getting this message. What someone told me was that I would need to reload the software.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
