Unfortunately you cannot unlock the Motorola Triumph. It will only work with Virgin Mobile.

More like what is not the problem with the phone.
To go in to details would hijack the thread. All I can say is do a google search on Motorola Triumph problems.

Just start at the top of the page and start reading. You will see in short order that the specs are impressive but they are the only thing about the phone that are.
