in my device manager it never shows my phones com port.i have installed the motohelper 5.2.0 drivers are there any other drivers that i need?

Try something like this: After driver install, reboot PC.
Plug in phone, ensure USB connection...
To turn on your phone’s ability to use the USB mass storage feature:
1. From the main menu, select Settings > Memory Card > USB Connection.

It's a Moto milestone A854. I am trying to get my A854 to show up in CDMA workshop and QPST.In device manager it shows ADB interface then drop down box with Mot Composite ADB interface.But it never assigns the com port.I have loaded the motohelper 5.2.0 drivers.i have my a854 rooted but i am running the original ROM.Do I need a different rom?I also tryied it in win7 64 and xp 32
