Motorola Pro+ MB632 unlocked to every provider but mine?

Hi, I recently purchased a Motorola Pro+ MB632 that is unlocked for every provider except Wind. I have an
unlock code but when I put my SIM card into the phone it does not request the code. The phone is recognizing my
SIM but will not register with the network. Is there any way around this? Can anyone advise as to how I may get around this pls?

The MB632 should have the AWS bands that Wind uses. I'm not sure why it isn't connecting.
