    Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Moto X Play to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the “Notification” bar down and make sure the connection type is set to “Disk drive
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, double-click “Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer
    4. Access the “Media” folder on your phone
    5. Open a second explorer window and locate the desired audio files on your computer
    6. Copy the files and transfer them in the “Media” folder on the phone (preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Alarms” / “Audio” > “Notifications” directories)
    7. After the transfer is done, click “Safely Remove Hardware” in the system tray
    8. Click “Safely Remove Mass Storage Device” > “OK

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Swipe to “Device” and tap “Sound
    4. Tap “Phone ringtone” under “Call Ringtone & vibrate
    5. Select the desired ringtone from the list and tap “OK
    6. Optionally, enable / disable “Also vibrate for calls

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

    NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Launch “Contacts
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap the “Edit” icon depicting a pencil
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Swipe to “Device” and tap “Sound & notification
    4. Tap “Default Notification Sound” under “Sound
    5. Select the desired notification sound and tap “OK” to confirm

    I have a new Moto Z Play Phone. I've followed the instructions and I do not see the song that I downloaded to use for a ringtone. I copied it into Ringtone, Alarm and Notification folders...but when I look in my phone it's not there...Help! Thank you. Diane

    To transfer data, you can use the Android tranfer tool , in this way , you can transfer data or files from Andorid to Android /iPhone /Computer , but , before doing so , you need to sync or backup data
