you also need EMS manager to make an ems file which you uplaod to your phone using PST, its all very complicated, but the forums on Howardsforum has tutorials.

Okay now my post will be more concise: you use PST 6.0 to upload to your cingular phone, You need to figure out the com port settings your phone is connected to ( you can figure this out in control panel ) You put ringtones and pictures into an .ems file and then use PST to upload it. Also, if you want to upload Java Apps, you must use Midway

In PST you go to new EMS services backup, and you should be able to figure it out from there how to upload.

IS IT LEGAL to get PST FOR FREE???
I've asked like 3 times and no one has answered. Or at least not that I'm aware of.
Also, will uninstalling a "USB Root Hub" in the device manager of Windows XP Home Edition cause any damage? Because I was told by someone (Melissa Brown -.-) that you have to uninstall all but one and then the iDEN companion pro will work w/ USB.

motclub.com has PST 6.3. Works fine with XP. They also have the driver packages there.
Use babelfish.altavista.com if you need to translate.
