T720 system...

Hi, I want to change some of the software of my motorola t720i, you know how you get the phone from the dealership and it always say and the top of the phone the brand of the telephone company you are on?? How can I change that? I mean, when you open your phone, at the top of the phone it says something, I want to change that, how can I do that? or how can I change the software of my phone? please help!

Usually that info is stored on the sim card so you cant change it.
