Newbie here (Switching from Telus to Rogers on March 14, 2007!)

Hi everyone,

Glad to find this forum. I used to go to thephonemall.net but looks like it's more lively here!

Anyways, with WLNP available in Toronto on March 14, I will be transferring my number to Rogers due to the fact that:

1) SIM card in the GSM protocol ... I heard it's powerful (please see my other posting in the Sony Ericsson section);

2) Rogers has a wider selection of phones.

Can't wait for another month!

What carrier are you switching from?

I will be switching from Telus. It is NOT because I do not like them. In fact I have been a satisfied client of them since 1999. However, regarding phone selection, Rogers has a much wider range of phones to choose from.

In addition, I think I should change to GSM because of it's global protocol and also the convenience of the SIM card.
