Well I have just had the best experience of my life. 400 euros spent on a great phone (Oneplus 2). 70 euros spent on crap. Don’t trust the insurance that Oneplus is probably getting a bunch of money off, ‘’Simplesurance GmbH’’. They are just trying to make u so sick of it that you just stop whining and buy another phone or just pay the repairs yourself. But isn’t that every insurer nowadays? Please comment if you got a good insurer for Phones etc.
