    Yes,

The lines sometimes get crossed. I dont know why but its usually with people who have T-Mobile too. This sometimes happens when its windy out or stormy. I just had someone call me back with a number that I know by heart, but it was someone else.

this has been happening to my friend and i- only between our two numbers. it has happened at least four times this week. it's always the same. he will try to call my number and someone else's phone answers. that same person then is on the phone right afterward when i answer a call that says it is him calling me. i am just glad to find out that other people have dealt with this problem too. it was beginning to freak me out.

This exact thing happened to me one day. It happened more than just 1 call though. I called my girlfriend after work one day and got some guy telling me i had the wrong number. I called later and it connected me to someone else's voice mail telling me to enter a password. I called later and someone girl answered and told me their phone said one of their friends was calling. A couple minutes later my girlfriend called me back pissed off like hell asking me who was that girl that just called me? At this point my brain was about to explode from confusion. My theory is at the same time i called my girlfriend someone else was calling their friend and somehow or another hour lines crossed. I should also mention it was a stormy day out which may have been a contributing factor. I just cant explain how every time i called before that it connected me to someone else. Just one of those unsolved mysteries i guess.

A little something I like t call, fat fingers tiny cell phone keys... We have all mis dialed a number or two, and often thats the case.

Having said that, crossed phone calls happen from time to time. I have called my home number (speed dial number), and have gotten someone else. Has happened with my land line as well calling numbers stored in the phones memory. And normally the problem is very short lived. And it fixes itself.

Can be something as simple as the tone of one or more numbers at the time, not being picked up by the phone as what they should be, due to distortion, background noise, rf interference or garbled signal, (in the case of stored contact dialing), or a problem some where in the phone system, with the routing of calls between towers, landlines, etc.

So, I have a samsung phone and T-Mobile is a provider.

Today, I called my fiance and he didnt pick up. Then I receive a call back and it said that it was him calling, when I picked up it was someone else asking why I called them, but I called my fiance's number and when the person called back it showed that my fiance is calling.

So, the person says that I got a wrong #.

Then a few seconds later my fiance called and I was asking him where his phone was because someone just called me from his cellphone. He claims that his cellphone was with him at all times and has no idea what happened.

Could this be that somehow lines got mixed up? Did any of you have this happen to you?

    Thanks in advance!
