I've tried the *228 and the "reset to factory defaults" (etc.). No dice.

Anyone know of a fix for the VX9800?? I took mine into the local VZW store. Their fix was to replace my handset with a newer unit. Unfortunately, it had the same issue. So, they tried loading the latest software on it. Still didn't fix the unit. I even called VZW service who claimed not to be aware of any issues with the VX9800. They contacted LG who had no recommendations beyond what I'd already tried. So... If anyone's got a lasting fix for the World clock on the VX9800, I'd love to hear it.

That should do the trick. My Chocolate did not update either , until I powered off then back on again.

I have an LG phone (the Verizon Vcast phone, if that makes any difference.) Anyway, my phone did not "spring forward" and now it is one hour behind. I went to Menu->Tools->World Clock and clicked on Set DST. I chose my city and it correctly showed the time. But then when I click OK and then out of the menu, the clock still says the old time. How can I change the time?
