Facebook mobile? Yes, got onto the full site last night, still can't get on to the mobile site. Very frustrating!!

I know this a little of the subject, but can anyone help me? Just bought a new phone and now can't get onto facebook. Once I've put in my password the error:Request exceeded maximum number of redirects. I am not doing anything different, and have never had this error before. Can search all other sites. Help!!

looks like this was the issue:

"This morning, we temporarily took down the Facebook site to fix a bug we identified earlier today. This was not the result of a security breach. Specifically, the bug caused some third party proxy servers to cache otherwise inaccessible content. The result was that an isolated group of users could see some pages that were not intended for them. The site has now been restored, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Wow, this is a first for me. I've never seen facebook go down unexpectedly.
