    BitPim can be used if the phone is CDMA version (not sure about cingular myself). just connect the phone up and use the "get data from phone" button then select all the data you want to backup.

    Mobile Phone Tools can read the contacts on your phone and can be transfered w/o the need to see the screen on your phone.

    I broke the screen of my Cingular RAZR (V3?) but I would really like to be able to transfer all of my contacts from the phone to my computer, since I have over 300 and it would be a hassle to get them all back. Is there any way of doing this without looking at the phone itself (since the screen is completely blank and I can't see anything)? I have a USB cable and a computer bluetooth adapter, but I don't know how to navigate through the menus. Thanks in advance!
