My question is if I called & reported the phone stolen & is deactivated will she lose the minutes & her reward status or can the minutes be transfered to the new phone?
Just call Customer Service and report a stolen phone on your account. With this report they will SUSPEND your sevice until you get a replacement. Therfore suspending your service it will stop all usage and will be continued when you receive your replacement. All minutes will be restarted upon reinstating your account.
