I think they were all set to a specific time, I didn't have to turn mine off for it to change, But yes problem solved.

Well, I've been turning my phone off and on throughout the day, on advice from a friend. Just did it a couple minutes ago, and when it came back on, the time is now right.
So, at least for you halifax folks who're on Bell/Aliant, should be good to go now, just turn off your phones and turn them back on.

You got it, Others are having the same problem with this phone/provider as well so I'd just ride it out for the time being, I'm sure someones already complained

Also have the same problem, usually you could just change to a time zone in which it would be an hour behind, but it won't even allow me to do that, and I cancel DST and it sets the Halifax time zone back an hour but whne i select this time zone, mine remains the same..

Edit: Apparently your service provider is suppose to change the network and this will change your time, but mine hasn't yet..

Hi, I need help with changing the time on my LG Rumor.
Daylgiht savings time just came into effect last night, meaning all clocks went back by an hour or were manually set back by an hour.
With the exception of the clock on my LG Rumor, which is still showing the time as it was. It's 9:47 am for me, 10:47 am for my rumor.
How do I change this? I looked online and tried turning off the phone and turning it back on as advised to no avail.
