Try Amacsoft Android Manager, we can use it to move contacts and other kinds of contents to computer easily.
    Have a try.

Used to use BitPim and may use it again but is there a phone from the list that would be compatible with a LG Cosmos ...?

what do you do when the phonebook isn't a highlightable option as far as exporting contacts to the phone?

Will this work with the LG P970 - it does not look like it is in the supported phones list.

That's the best info I found! So much for my carrier saying "You can't sync an LG VERSA with Outlook via USB connection". An afternoon of effort just saved me $120 a year for their wireless sync plan! Thanks for helping us less-techs out.

This sounds more like an import/export function where you have to choose items and/or the whole address book and manually transfer them.

I have a PDA now that automatically syncs just the changes. For example, while my PDA is connected via USB cable I can add an Outlook calendar entry and that entry is automatically added to my PDA with ActiveSync. I am trying to find a phone that I can use the same way.

Which way does BitPim work? Several of the LG phones look good to me if there is true syncing.
