    Yes, you can use the on screen virtual keyboard or the T9 dialer type that will pop up when you tap on text space.. I like how you have so many ways to text on this phone!!

    Yes, once you select messaging from menu, you can just tap the keyboard and then type just like a candybar phone keypad.
    BTW, Impression also has an option of 'handwriting' instead of pressing the keys. Try it out, it is cool.

    Just tap to type like you would, then turn the phone sideways as though you were going to use the slide out keyboard, and the touch qwerty should come up.
