I just got off the phone with a customer care agent for boost, & all he could tell is the system is updating & i would receive a text, when I would be able to watch video's on the web. Is there another way i can watch video's on the web? i can watch video's that are sent to me but that is it .

Then this message pops up saying, " this device is unavailable".

What can I do to watch a youtube video?
    OR
Is it that the sanyo incognito doesnt support youtube videos???

    please can someone help me....please.

From what you said, you can noticed that your phone doesn't support the function to watch youtube video online. While you can download the youtube video on your computer, and convert the video to 3gp or mp4 format, then export the video to your phone, and you will be able to watch the youtube video on your phone. I always download youtube videos on mobile in this way. lol

On some phones you can watch videos in full screen by pushing the UP button when it starts playing. This works on the Sanyo Incognito scp-6760 phones. :-) This works on some Samsung phones, too. This might be a common thing on most phones that can play videos.

See above comment about updating your phone. You do it from your phone. It should work after that. See your manual for detailed info.

Well they finally got around to it and just released the upgrade and the video download is pretty fast where i have good coverage. Only thing that you wont like is that you can't see the videos in real full screen...

Okay go to your Home screen, press (OK), Select (Settings/Tools), Select (Tools), Select (Update Phone), Select (Software Version)...

Now do the same but this time at the last choice select(PRL Version).

Now after it's all done you can go watch videos on Youtube & Tinytube or what ever...

p.s. I recommend installing Opera Mini on your phone. It's a browser that is 10X's better than the Boost browser. Better internet experience guaranteed!
well u have to update the phone
