Well I have owned the Torch 9800 for just over a year. I have had numerous problems with it freezing up and can only turn if off by removing the battery. The touch pad and touch screen are slow and often need to be tapped two or three times. I think Blackberry touch technology was rushed compared to many of my friends IPhones. I have been a Blackberry fan through three phones (Curve, Bold and now Torch) but this has been the most frustrating. Next phone will probably be an IPhone if I stay with a touch screen phone.
