My daughter purchased a Sprint Seek from Ebay and prior to placing the bid she called Boost mobile to see if the ESN was clear and if it could be activated. She was told yes and asked if she wanted it done but of course she hadn't won the auction and didn't have the phone. When the phone arrived, we called back to Boost and was told that it was unable to be activated on the Boost network. Since we obviously go conflicting information I decided to take the phone into the Boost retailer and asked about activation. After spending 45 minutes going through the process they finally said it wasn't able to be done.

My daughter saved up her own money and purchased all of the accessories for the Seek. She's so disappointed and I feel bad for her. I'm wondering if that phone can be flashed to the Metro PCS network?
