Here is a pretty cool Application, its called NOT CALL LOG.

This prevents accidental calls after you end your current phone call by navigating to a destination of your choice (example home screen) instead of your calling log screen.

You can set the destination (screen) to jump to after you END you call. Hit END CALL and your home screen/your choice appears.

The App is Free...
