See this link for Unlimited Voice for FamilyTalk lines:
    Get Started - from AT&T
See this link for Uhlimited individual voice plans:
    Get Started - from AT&T
All the lines in a single FamilyTalk voice plan group must have the same voice plan, which is shared. If you want only one line to have unlimited voice, that line has to be on an individual voice plan. You have to consider whether the total cost of your current FamilyTalk plan plus one individual unlimited voice plan is less than the cost of one FamilyTalk plan with all unlimited voice. For the latter you would pay $119.99 for the first two lines and $49.99 for the third line. For the former you would have to add the cost of your FamilyTalk plan to the $69.99 cost for an unlimited individual voice plan.

Okay first of all me and my wife are at&t customers and we each have an iphone with the data plan together. And the plan is not unlimited.

My question is I want to add another line that is unlimited no data plan and no smart phone to the current plan. I see that the individual unlimited plan is $69.00 (no data). Will it be cheaper if I add another line to the existing plan that me and my wife has or will I still have to pay the full $69.00. I am on a budget just wanted to know.
