The network charges are not much dear. Foe the live TV Nokia has contracted with Vodafone and Vodafone India is supplying high speed data services at a very lower fixed cost with unlimited download speed. Also the Zenga Tv is powered by Nokia itself so they are not charging anything for live TV, It automatically streams everything as that is a inbuilt app.
But the network providers cost much for these apps

The Nokia Asha 300 gives you a speedy connection to the Internet with 3G and an easy-to-use touchscreen. Nokia Asha 300 is unique for having live and exclusive TV channels like 9x Music and Discovery Channel. Downloading Music and then enjoying it takes time, but Nokia has given both the benefits in the Asha 300 series of phones. Apart from downloading Music and Movies you can also watch movies and music and many sports channel live and exclusive. With Nokia Asha 300 people are enjoying live IPL cricket matches on phone, anywhere any time without any buffering. Nokia has reinvented the technical way of entertainment with a perfect budget phone. The whole Indian country has seen Nokia and its outstanding products rendering the best facilities since a decade.
