The original Storm is better Storm 2 rests all the time and takes forever to reload.

I have the original Storm that I got in September and I love it. I haven't used the Storm2 yet but from what I know, the screen clicks from the four corners instead of just the center so there's more precision when typing, and it has multi-touch (as far as I know, only when typing, it doesn't have pinch-to-zoom to my knowledge). Multi-touch for typing could be seen as better, but I don't have any problems or annoyances really typing on the original Storm.

I would say if you have the option and cash, go with the Storm2, but you probably won't be disappointed with the original Storm either, because I know I'm not.

Also, I never heard anything about T-mobile getting either of the Storms. As far as I know it is and will remain a Verizon exclusive, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong (with sources, of course).

Not sure when T-Mobile will get. I got my Storm 2 through Verizon. The screen is slightly bigger and the buttons are easier to "feel" when your typing. This is a big plus considering the on-screen keyboard is generally harder to use than a physical keyboard. You get used to it though. I still prefer a physical keyboard but the large screen is what sold me on the Storm 2. The big screen is great because I do a lot of reading especially now that the Kindle for BlackBerry is out. I recommend the Storm 2.

Definitely helpful in deciding whether to buy one or not. When will T-Mobile get this phone... :-(
