    I've never heard of a phone that has a sim that cannot be changed. But like Gabby said, if you get a phone that doesn't have a sim on a CDMA network like Verizon, that would solve your problem. In this case the account holder is the only one who would be able to activate a new phone, and the phone would not be able to be easily switched to another network since most CDMA phones are not interchangeable with other networks (with the exception of global phones).

    SIM cards are not meant to be removed. Get a cellphone that doesn't need a SIM card and that is like a cellphone with a locked SIM card.

    Does anyone know if you get a mobile phone that's sim card cannot be removed once u have installed it?
    I desperately need one of these... Please help!!
