Have an HTC one V on koodo
Put a Telus sim card in
It doesn't prompt me to enter the unlock code....it just says indicates no service...
I get setup with Telus, still no luck
I've rebooted many times

Any suggestions?
Also getting a ME returned temporary error on startup
