Nevermind I found out that with T-Mobile picture sending is not available on pay as you go plans, only the monthly plans with internet access starting at $2 a day. EDIT: I later found out that is not so! Ok they finally got my phone to send pictures so all is well now. All it took was deleting the original picture messages from the phone, shutting the phone off, then turning the phone back on, and it now sends pictures.
