Super helpful! I tried installing the software after I had already plugged the phone, which I later read is incorrect. I tried manually pointing to the driver folder, but that didn't work. Then I navigated to the "PTQH_V1_1_4583_1215_SETUP" executable and ran it. Then when I replugged the phone, Windows was able to find the drivers, and I was able to use the PC Suite software.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brielle,

Have you tried setting your phone to "USB Mode" while connected to the PC? If not, try this. Go into the "Settings" menu > "Connectivity" and select "USB Mode". The drivers should automatically be installed properly.

If this does not fix your issue, then you could try and find a file called "PTQH_V1_1_4583_1215_SETUP". It should be located in your computer's C: drive, Program Files > Pantech > Pantech PC Suite > P6030 > USB Driver. (If you can't find the location of the file, you could perform a search in your C: drive. If you can't find the file at all, then this might not be the right solution for your problem)

After executing the PTQH file, you may get a warning that the device is not plugged in, but the setup could finish successfully.

Give it a try, and let us know if this helped

My computer allows me to manually point where the driver is and I did, pointing it to every folder of the PC Suite software, but it keeps asking for a USB disk in the end to look for the hardware software. I don't know why my PC Suite can't detect my phone either or my computer detecting the PC Suite software.

Does your computer give you an option to manually point to where the driver is? In this case you may have to point it to the folder where pc suite is installed. There may be a folder under there that has the actual driver files in it.

Oops, yes I meant Pantech Renue and I have Windows Vista. And I did download the PC Suite from Pantechusa.com, and I did restart my computer too make sure the software worked, but no luck. :/

Do you mean the Pantech Renue? You downloaded PC Suite from here? Renue | Battle Tested, Mother Nature Approved | Pantech

Did you try restarting your computer after installing the software? What version of windows do you have?

I plugged in my Pantech Revenue 6030 with the charger to my Windows Dell laptop so I can transfer pictures from my phone to the laptop, but I can't? My laptop would detect the new hardware connected but it says that it can't find the USB driver software for my Pantech USB Driver. And in the end it recommends that I go to the Support of the website (pantechusa site) which I did, and downloaded the PC Suite Pantech Software, which I did. Then I plugged my Pantech in again, but it still can't find it. And the Pantech Software could not detect my phone either. What other options can I do?
