    Blocking Calls

    Blocking Calls from a Number:

    1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
    2. Tap "Contacts" or "Recents"
    3. Select the phone number or the contact that you wish to block
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and then tap "Block Contact"

    Unblocking a Number or Contact:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Settings"
    2. Tap "Phone " > "Blocked"
    3. Tap "Edit"
    4. Press the red "-" button associated with the blocked number or contact that you wish to unblock
    5. Tap "Unblock"

    Call Forwarding

    Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

    1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Settings"
    2. Tap "Phone"
    3. Tap "Call Forwarding"
    4. Turn the white slider green, then tap "Forward to"
    5. Type in the desired number to forward calls to
    6. Tap "Call Forwarding"

    Cancelling Call Forwarding:

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Settings"
    2. Tap "Phone"
    3. Press "Call Forwarding"
    4. Tap the green slider to turn it white and cancel call forwarding

    Call Log Management

    Viewing the Call Log:

    1. While viewing the the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
    2. Tap "Recents"
    3. Tap "All"
    4. To reset the call log, tap "Edit" and perform one of the following steps:
      • Tap the "-" sign to delete individual call logs
      • Tap "Clear" then "Clear All Recents" to delete the entire log
