vodafone probably blocked mms sending through other phones. most companies just want users to send mms to people with the same service providers. fortunately for t-mobile, they don't do that. haha.

ok i can easily explain this problem to as i have owned all the above phones, but all of them ahd issues and finally settled down a panasonic GD87

basically it is a simple issure on the Samsung product side called "where to frickin lazy to make a good firmware for our fone"

in other words, pictures taken by the Sharp GX-10 are too big in proportions for your fone to recieve so insted all it gets is the text if any!

however if you tell your friend to set the picture size when taking a picture to small you will beable to recieve it!! however its crap for putting on pc or anything then for them cuz its the size of the phone screen!! but basically that is why

Also as a small note, MMS is fone dependent, depending on the software in the phone will depend what it can take, most fones have certain restictions.

ie 7210/50 can not have sounds in the MMS or slides and so will nto recieve these but can take photos of a large size!

samsung v200 (IMHO one the worst camera phones you cna get cuz of the shirt firmware basicalyl stops everything) - cant recieve slide shows, cant recieve certian sounds and cant recieve pics of a certian sze, also cant make slides and so on (very bad fone, very)

Sharp GX-10, pretty much compatiable with everything

Panasonic GD87 - Best for MMS/EMS, can recieve any size any type with anything, basically has the best MMS software implemnted and there for is the BEST for MMS (not the ebst fone)

why do i know all this, cuz i spent ages finding a fone just for MMS plus i have a book that tells me the fone compatabilites with eachother

Just call the vodafone hotline 1212 an tell them your problem.
They can send you a configuration mail to your mobile,
which includes the settings you need to send MMS to T-Mobile.
