The newest version of PSM Player is 4.5 (English). You can grab it here:

Just to answer a few common questions...PSM can convert MIDI's>>MMF or vice-versa. You can also convert WAV>>MMF. You CANNOT convert MP3/WAV to MIDI. MIDI's are simply a set of instructions that tell your computers synthesizer what to play--the files do not contain any actual sounds.

Most phones play MIDI's...some also play MMF's. For all you Motorola T720 users out there, your phone can also play MMF's. Just rename your .mmf extension to .mid. This is an advantage as this phone seems to play MIDI files very softly.

This was extremely helpful, thank you!

Hello people! I'm new here, and I would really appreciate your help..I am trying to convert mmf tone to midi with psmplay (V5). All is great, I get the midi file but...It is silent..When I try to play it, the slider moves, but no sound!!!

    Any suggestions on solving this?

Would anyone be interested in version 5.5 of PSMPlay, it's in RAR format though. But at least you can just extract and use. No help file though, but the options and stuff are in English just like the other versions. I tried to attach it, but it didn't work probably due to my post count or some other restriction.

Or you could just get an imate pocketpc that plays wma mp3 and wav by default and not have to go through this stuff.
