I have had "network gremlins" for a month now. I called support and did the remove the battery, restart phone, had virgin mobile start the phone from scratch like it was new, and every other permutation of the instructions, to no avail. No matter where I am, no matter how many bars I have or don't have, I still have "network gremlins". I was told this is a problem with the Arc phones and some of the android phones and they were working on the problem. I getting to the point of wanting my money refunded for the minutes left and trying someone else. HELP!!

"network gremlins" is a slang term for connectivity problems. ie...congestion . sometimes just turning your phone off for a minute then turning it back on will correct the issue.

I got the same thing for awhile. I think after a day or so, the link expires...or your access to that link expires, one of the two. You have to order the ringtone and install it right away really. They probably do this so you cant tell them it didn't work AFTER you installed the ringtone lol.

The 8610 has a horrible reception, unless ure in a city, like i am, you hardly ever have full bars. So yea, just find a place with good reception, or download ure tones off the website.
