alright thanks! i found out the setting was under call forwarding.

You will have to ring your provider and they will disable it for you.

i just got the Nokia 3100 from the provider, Fido. the problem im having is that the voicemail kicks in after 2 rings. is there any way i can turn off the voicemail? thanks.
