Verizon should still be offering North America's Choice, the plan Donald
    refers to. It's relatively new.

And for Verizon "North America's Choice"
"Customers who sign up for a North America's Choice calling plan can place
calls within these countries and back to the U.S., without incurring roaming
or long distance charges, while in the coverage areas.

    Pricing
North America's Choice plans have various price points, starting at $59.99
for 450 minutes. Customers who sign up will also receive No Domestic Roaming
Charges PLUS National IN Calling minutes* AND Night & Weekend Minutes at no
    additional cost."

This came up recently elsewhere. Cingular offers (at least in California) a
plan that includes roaming in both Canada and Mexico. It is not widely
known. Verizon may also offer a similar plan.

    Hey guys,

I am wondering if there is a US cell provider that offers a plan that has
free roaming in Canada - Toronto and Montreal to be specific.

    Thanks!
