    It looks like it will take MIDI ringtones, but only simple ones as it will play only 16 notes simultaneously (a guitar chord alone often has 4 or 5 simultaneous notes in it, then add bass and drums and you're at or over 16).

    I'm not at all certain about the Yahoo thing... perhaps it is provider specific? Who is your provider?

    Thanks for the reply Ok do you know anything about Samsung n400 ?It doesnt
    have any other logo on it like some have sprint. I can recieve notifications from the net but i cant reply back i can sen a text to the phone from the pc But i cant reply back. yahoo send me a pin number for th net and everything yes I get but I cant send anything Help!! Any codes? or what have you.
    I also can get Alerts!

    CDMA phones, like on the Verizon network, and TDMA phones do not have sim cards, but you can get schmancy phones without a sim card that have lots of bells and whistles.... its more likely the older phone that cannot accept fun features than the lack-of-a-card

    I wish I had an answer for you...is the trend going for phones without sim cards.??? Most of my friends don't have sim cards and when I spoke about mine they thought I was talking jibberish.

    I Keep hearing all the talk about cell phones with sim
    cards. Is there anything intresting for phones without a card
    like the samsung n400 or nokia older phones
