when you make a call can you hear the other person, can they hear you? if not take it back to the cingular store you bought it from or a cingular corp store and have a tech look at it. if the phone isnt older than a year you should get a replacement.

I can not get my phone to ring, it is a LG C2000 I will vibrate but it will not ring at all. I have gone as far as reseting the factory settings. It will not even play the Sounds when I go to them. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have went through all the settings and they are all turned up loud. There has to be something I can do or is this phone messed up? It is not but 3 mths old. Thanks
