Either the records are accurate or they're not, and it shouldn't take 56 days to determine whether you've been put in touch with the correct party -- so a 56 day guarantee is no guarantee at all.

What you need is a service that guarantees they'll get you in touch with the party you need, or they simply won't charge you at all. After all, the reverse cell phone lookup service is just that, it's a service -- it's not a physical product that either "fits" or "can be returned in 56 days."

I only make the distinction because it's one that many cell phone service outlets obscure by providing additional "features/ guarantees" that do little more than distract attention away from the fact that they're unable to deliver what really matters -- i.e., a reverse cell phone lookup service that works or your money back, and is backed up by the largest telephone database of cell phone numbers in the world. That's what they'll find at Cell Phone USA, and that's why so many others come to conduct due diligence/ background checks. They get what they pay for. Simple.

Regardless of which service is the "best" - here's a site which gives you a 56 day guarantee on the records you find.

This means that from one Reverse Cell Phone Lookup, you could find some results, find they are wrong and get a 100% refund within 8 weeks!

Guys, it's obvious you both think your site is the best because it IS your site. Furthermore, NONE of them are free. I've said many times before, there is NO comprehensive directory of cell phone numbers available in the US, and previous attempts to compile one have been put down by protests over privacy issues.

It is my opinion that these reverse cell phone directories may or may not be able to find the number you are looking for, I know that at least some of them employ private investigation techniques to obtain numbers on a case by case basis, others may simply be compiling their own lists from cellular users who actually requested to have their cell listed in a directory somewhere.

It would be nice if some of the people who run these sites could enlighten us all as to why their site is more effective than the next guy's, rather than resorting to self-promotion on a site that has specific rules regarding advertising. HOW do you get someone's cell number if the greater percentage of them aren't listed anywhere?

I think this is the best service for reverse cell phone lookup, one that does that plus dozens of other related searches in case you need them -- and they've been doing this for more than a decade!

Check out this reverse cell phone lookup service for yourself!

Call and ask for his supervisor. They need to be reminded from time to time that they work for you. If you can't reach the supervisor, leave a "very important" message for the lieutenant or captain stating that is of an "urgent personal matter involving an ongoing investigation."

Thanks for all the info everyone!! I would think the police would handle all this, but ya know, as usual, no one will call us back. We have left several messages with the detective that is supposed to handling this for us. Not one call back so far.

There is currently a lot of bad info out there on the availabilty of reverse lookup info. Many sites sell subscriptions and offer "unlimited" databases acces, which is useless.
Be careful to locate a provider who will actually search manually.

Speaking of which, you can use this service for a fee, but it'll get you the info you need and you get unlimited number of uses!

Give all the info you have to the police than they will do the rest.

The ONLY way to get a cell phone number's name and address is through the police (well they can do the finding, but they normally don't give you the info).

Hire a PI who can give you the info.

Or go through one of those Info Service on the net that can give you the info, names addresses and the like from a cell phone account. But you will need to pay for that as well.

If you are looking for the info you want for free... well that won't be happening in our life times (this year anyway).

Here is a google search for many such sites on the web.
