    I know you posted this a while ago. I'm curious if you ever figured it out?

    Samsung Character R640 manual says:
    "You must use the phone menus or define a Shortcut to activate Voice Service for one call"
    but I can't find ANYTHING that gives a clue how to "define a shortcut".
    I'd sure like to be able to voice-dial, without having to scroll through menus to activate the service (more hassle than just dialing IMO).

    Anybody know how to do this?
