    Get ahold of their retention dept.
    Tell them if they dont swap phones that you will go to different carrier.
    Make sure the other carrier you quote to them can actually do the swap.
    Keep calling till they swap phones.

    I have motorola razr model v3 alltel phones would like to activate another as this one is not acting right anymore but verizon told me that they are not allowing anymore alltel phones to be activated. Can I reprogram this phone with verizon programing as both are cdma type phones? Really don't want to upgrade to smart phones right now..
