Back up your personal data, uninstall the sync manager from PC, reinstall the sync manager... Make sure you have the lastest version.
    Retry the sync process.

Obrigado

    • Connect your blackberry to your computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager (make sure the proper drivers for your Blackberry are installed if this is your first time connecting - they should've came with your phone)
    • From the main menu select Synchronize
    • Under Configure in the left menu select Synchronization
    • "Configure synchronization setting for my desktop program"
    • Select Address Book > Setup
    • Select Microsoft Outlook
    • Select Two way sync or One way sync to device
    • Next - Select your profile in outlook
    • Click okay
    • Click Synchronize from the left menu and then Synchronize (in the middle)
    • Your contacts will load onto your blackberry and you should be all set!
Thanks for this step by step tutorial!

Good, it helps not to lose contacts if you lose the device or password.

I do not have an exchanger server so I would be syncing with Outlook 2007 (win 7 64 bit). I have been successful in syncing using my USB but I can not sync using Bluetooth. The BB Desktop will not recognize the BB bluetooth. I know that the BB and my PC are paired since I can goto bluetooth and click on "transfer Address Book" and it works but not syncing?

    Thanks for your help.
