Transfer info from Sim Card?

Hey guys, I recently lost my I90 and obviously it had the sim card in it. They already sent me out a new phone, but I was wondering if it will be possible for them to transfer the data from my lost sim to the new one. I have the sim #, but will it be enough if I don't physically have the card?

Your information is on the SIM. The service provider, Nextel, can not access that information. I have old SIMS that I use to back up my phone.
