Nextel problem

just if yall wonderin i have windows xp pro...i have norton antivirus should i delete it??as far as if its could be the cause of its error?...umm please get back at me wit the answer to slove this problem...

could be a number of problems:
wrong serial port
usb drivers not properly installed
myJAL sux
wav file is not in the right format.

NAV isn't the problem try correcting those above

if you get it after it has started loading then it is a bad file. You need to convert it again.
