I am in a battle with Nextel. I have had 200 bonus mins for over 2 years. it was given to me out of some very severe service problems that Nextel was causing/Having. At the time I was advised that the 200 bonus mins would stay with me as long as I stayed with Nextel. Now as I attempted to lower my rate plan I was advised that ' any change in a rate plan results in the bonus Mins being deleated and they cant be placed back on"?????? What are the thoughts out there in dealing with Nextel/ or am I just boned? Thanks Jim | ||||||

| Sounds to me as if your screwed. I am switching away from nextel because of the same reason. As soon as you switch plans, you lose any promotional benifits you had, and you renew your contract for another year. It's the stupidest thing they could do.
