The 315 is NOT the 305 that nextel sells. I work at a nextel retail store. The 315 is basically the same phone as the 305, but it has an off network walkie talkie, that works when you have no signal. The range is up to 4.5 miles. The 325 is the same phone as that with a color screen. The 315 and 325 are being released by nextel on 9/7. The only drawback to the off network walkie talkie, is EVERYONE must have a 315 or 325 to use the off network, but its still a neat little addition to the nextel lineup.
