    I could unlock any iden phone exception for the i830 to be use for any iden carrier AND

    I can do the following software mods.

    - Marathon Phat Farm disco light ( i730 only)
    - Carrier Strings (changing the Nextel and T9 startup logo)
    - American Dialing (when you dial a phone number it shows up like xxx-xxx-xxxx rather than xxxxxxxxxx)
    - Flashing Keypad ( i90, 95, i710 only)
    - inverted external lcd screen ( i730 only)
    - enable sms ability ( not working as of yet i730 only)
    - Palettes (changing colors on menus and etc)

    no its not possible because nextel and boost are on an iden network and cingular uses gsm
