i730 Ringer Issue

When ever I assign a ringer to the messages or reminders it does not work. When I assign vibrate to them it does work. The rigers work for Line 1. Does anyone know why this would happen? I have updated the software and it still does not work properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you hitting Done softkey after you assign it?

I fixed it . I just reset the settings and it worked again.
