On the i730 you can go to Main Menu>GPS>position, does anyone know if this is free or not? Also if you go into the Java apps, then go to telenav you can go into GPS Basic, do any of the features in here cost money as well (like the compass)?
Yes Both GPS programs on your i730 are free. The only thing you'd have to pay for is TeleNav or GPS Plus in Telenav. The i730 GPS program is free and so is GPS Basic in Telenav. You can get a free trial of TeleNav/GPS Plus by going to the TeleNav homepage.
