pls help with quick question involving webjal

i am trying to connect my i710 to my comp and i installed the drivers and everything wen i try and connect to my fone it says "the application was unable to read the required phone information

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

The I 710 is a fairly recent model phone. I would check that I had the correct cable, the most recent version of Webjal and their patch that I keep hearing about. Or you could try Myjal's updated software. It's free to try and only 10 bucks to register for support.

where could i find a link to download Myjal?

i downloaded myjal and it still says the same thing
